I've spent my career navigating from all sides the complex machinery of vendors, enterprises, and digital transformation. But at the end of the day, I always come back to one simple question:
"How is this tech actually improving our lives?"
Whether it's in the boardroom or our personal lives, the point of all this "digital detritus" is to make things better - however we as individuals define that. If it doesn't add value, it's just noise.
This site is where I park my thoughts. It's a mix of professional scars, personal observations, and the occasional rant. I write from the perspective of someone who has been around the block - I own my experience (and the "stale, pale, male" privilege that comes with it), but I use it to look forward, not back.
I believe that we don't fix the digital world by adding more code; we fix it by having better human conversations. I'm always open to talking. We don't even need to agree - in fact, I learn more when we don't. Through honest conversation, we find growth - together.
